1. Policy Statement

Aleigha James LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, slavery, forced labor, child sexual abuse material, and non-consensual sexual content. Illegal activity and any content that violates applicable law or card network rules is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Human trafficking or modern slavery
• Forced labor or child labor
• Non-consensual sexual content
• Child sexual abuse material
• Content that promotes illegal exploitation, coercion, or abuse

3. Content and Identity Verification

• All persons depicted in content must be adults
• Written consent is required before publication
• Identity and age records are maintained for performers as required
• Content is reviewed before publication for compliance

4. Reporting and Takedown

Complaints or reports may be submitted by email to therealaleighajames@gmail.com. All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. Non-compliant content will be removed.

5. Appeals

Any person depicted in content may request review or removal of content. If there is a disagreement regarding an appeal, the matter may be resolved by a neutral third party.
