This page explains the policy for physical and worn-item orders sold through AleighaJames.com once CCBill Tangibles processing is active.
All used clothing, worn clothing, and underwear items offered through this site are properly laundered/cleaned before shipment.
Because worn items and intimate apparel are personal physical goods, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted after shipment. If the wrong item is sent or an order arrives with a shipping issue, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. CCBill Consumer Support may review billing/refund requests according to CCBill policy and the facts of the order.
It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled after it has already shipped.
Physical/worn item fulfillment is handled directly by the site owner/creator unless otherwise stated on the item page. No third-party fulfillment center is used unless disclosed.
